Single-Cell Sorting Kit
The SCSToolTM Single-Cell Sorting Kit is specifically designed for the PRECI SCS Single-Cell Sorter and the PRECI SCS-R300 Raman Spectroscopy Activated Single-Cell Sorter. The kit includes the QuadGPS single-cell sorting chip and MiniCollector receivers. It enables high signal-to-noise ratio Raman spectroscopy acquisition, as well as sorting and retrieval of cells, and is compatiable for downstream experiments such as genome amplification and so on.

The receiver is compatible with standard PCR tubes, making it suitable for subsequent experiments such as genomic amplification. With a receiving well volume as low as 1.5 μL, it reduces reagent usage for downstream whole-genome amplification, thereby enhancing amplification efficiency and lowering costs.
