Laser-Induced Forward Transfer (LIFT)
LIFT is a technique in which the laser beam passes through a transparent substrate to irradiate the donor medium thin film. Upon absorption of the laser energy, the cells detach from the substrate and fall into the receiver. This process is contact-free and is completed within hundreds of nanoseconds, enabling visual-guided, precise, and in vivo isolation of single cells. The sorted cells then can be utilized for downstream research, such as single-cell sequencing and culture.

Raman Spectroscopy
Raman spectroscopy is a type of scattering spectrum characterized by its label-free, non-invasive, real-time, and rapid detection capabilities. Serving as the “molecular fingerprint” of substances, it is capable of providing information on the chemical composition and structural characteristics of cells in situ, thereby opening up a new frontier in the detection of biological phenotypes.

Confocal Imaging
The confocal spinning disk rotates at a high speed to rapidly scan and excite the sample under test through structured light modulated by slits. The signal travels through a compactly designed short optical path to reach the detector, ensuring minimal signal loss. At the same time, the high light-throughput feature of the slit disk enables the use of non-laser light sources in three-dimensional fluorescence imaging.

Optical tweezers employ a highly concentrated laser beam to apply optical stresses to single objectives, such as cells, allowing them to be precised captured and manipulated. This contact-free and damage-free method enables the precise manipulation and isolation of single cells or particles without disrupting cellular structure or compromising their functionality.
