Ⅱ.Product Features

1、ULTRA-FAST CONFOCAL IMAGING

Using structured illumination spinning disk technology, the transmission eciency is several times higher than pinhole confocal spinning disk, bring LED excitation light source in confocal imaging; According to the dierent camera choice, the imaging speed can reach 30-50 frames per second; Three slicing modes can be switched freely to realize the combination of fast imaging and high-quali-ty imaging.

2、FULL SPECTRUM DETECTION

One LED light source can be used for full-spectrum detection, with excitation light of 370-700 nm and emission light of 410-750 nm; Covering the spectral range of common uorescent probes; 4-position lter block wheel, the channel switching time is less than 0.2s, and the lter block can be tool-free replaced, which can oer 4+N multi-channel uorescence imaging.

3、MODULAR DESIGN

The compact confocal light path design makes the instru-ment smaller. It can be installed in a limited space, and the confocal module can be exibly coupled to various micro-scopes, such as upright, inverted and stereo microscopes to adapt to dierent application scenarios. High reliability and expandability, compatible with existed microscopes, so that scientists can be released from the maintenance of instru-ments and devote more time to scientic research itself.
