Raman rapid identification of colonies


According to the colony of Raman "molecular fingerprints on the species identification (based on database), or according to the result of clustering analysis to determine the colony's category (i.e. what colonies is the same, no database), and then pick from each type of bacteria culture and downstream analysis, so as to avoid repeated pick the same strain, effectively improve the efficiency of scientific research; At the same time, the number of sequencing is reduced, reducing the cost of research and development.

Simple self-built library function


The equipment provides a self-database construction process that is easy to operate and convenient. The Raman detection data of known strains can be quickly imported into the database as the basis for the construction of recognition models. The Raman spectra of newly tested colonies can be retrieved in the database, and the species information can be analyzed according to the similarity.

Pollution-free automatic colony selection


Single piston extraction needle: The use of conventional small volume TIP head supplies, can absorb and spray liquid, more reliable to spread bacteria into the solution. The suction head can be replaced to ensure no risk of cross contamination, no sterilization, blow drying and other operations. The adjustable size Petri dish adapter is fully compatible even with batch differences, and the position of the Petri dish can be completely fixed to ensure accurate selection of the target clone.
